The current OBEAX public website is designed to operate without advertising, behavioral tracking or analytics cookies.

1. Current website behavior

This static website build does not intentionally set marketing, advertising or analytics cookies. Core HTML, styles and scripts are served from the OBEAX domain.

2. No non-essential consent banner at present

Because the current build does not intentionally deploy non-essential browser cookies or tracking technologies, the site does not currently present a marketing-cookie consent banner. This must be reassessed before introducing analytics, embedded third-party media or other non-essential storage.

3. Essential storage in future functionality

If future functionality requires strictly necessary cookies or local storage for security, authentication, preferences or session continuity, the purpose and duration should be documented here before public activation.

4. Server logs are separate

Infrastructure may record normal web-server request data for delivery, reliability and security. These server-side logs are not browser cookies and are described separately in the Privacy Policy.

5. Third-party services and links

Email links or other outbound actions may open software or services on your device. Those third-party services operate under their own privacy and cookie rules.

6. Changes

If analytics, embedded media, consent tooling or other non-essential storage is introduced, this page and any legally required consent controls should be updated before that functionality is enabled.
